The annual MCC Career Fair is your chance to reach thousands of top alumni and students from all 15 MCC member institutions and more!

Make the most out of the Career Fair

Our goal is to help you make the most out of your time with potential candidates. While we are unable to meet in person, the virtual platform will be able to assist you with generating interest in your organization and allow you to have meaningful conversations with our attendees. This event is just like an in-person job fair, but online!

Employers will have the capability to:

  • Text and video chat with students
  • Distribute sharable documents, videos and other content to booth visitors
  • List open positions on a job board and collect applications online or on your own career portal
  • View the candidate’s profile and add notes or tags when chatting with them
  • Easily review applicant data and conveniently download resumes

 

Registration includes one virtual booth for your company.
