2016 Summer- Employer Site Visit Hosts

Site visits are planned during the spring months and are advertised to MCC membership at the end of May.

Employer Site Visits are:

  • Scheduled from June to August
  • Last 2-3 hours
  • Can be customized to fit your organization

Gives organizations a unique opportunity to:

  • Build relationships with up to 14 college career centers in just one day
  • Connect with MCC members so they can share with students what you want them to know about your organization
  • Share information about your employment and internship opportunities and recruitment processes
  • Show, demonstrate and highlight your organization’s culture, on your site
  • Learn best practices for recruiting talent from Maryland colleges/universities

An Employer Site Visit can include:

  • Overview of your organization’s business and mission
  • Discussion of your organization’s career pathways and internship/entry-level recruitment needs
  • Tour of your facility
  • Intern/new hire panel discussion
