Collectively, the MCC works with tens of thousands of students to help them find meaningful and satisfying careers. Throughout the year, the MCC and member schools host a number of events to assist with graduate school planning and employers with their recruitment efforts. Take advantage of our collective strength and the talent of the greater Baltimore regional area through participating in the following events:
MCC Career Fair
Held annually during the early part of the spring semester, the MCC Career Fair is a chance to reach students and alumni from all of our respective institutions. This fair typically attracts over 130 employers so we recommend you register early to reserve your spot. For questions regarding the fair, please contact Mary Priebe, Event Coordinator, at 410-532-5380 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
School Sponsored Career Fairs
Each school within the consortium sponsors career fairs throughout the year. Click here to see a listing of all schools with upcoming career fairs.
Recruitment at Consortium Schools
Each of our consortium schools host their own recruiting event and career events on campus. Please directly contact each Career Center for the most effective recruiting strategies tailored to each of our institutions. Scheduling a meeting with Career Center staff will help you to customize a strategy to reach the talent you seek.

Employer Site Visits
Hosting a site visit provides your organization with a venue to meet career center staff from member schools and share information about your employment and internship opportunities. They also afford the opportunity for MCC to learn more about your organizational culture. Site visits are typically held in the summer months. If you are interested in hosting a site visit, please contact Christine Routzahn at 410-455-3671 or email email@example.com.
