Collectively, the MCC works with thousands of students to help them find meaningful and satisfying careers. Throughout the year, the MCC and member schools host a number of events to assist with graduate school planning and employers with their recruitment efforts. MCC Career Fair
Held annually during the early part of the spring semester, this Career Fair is a chance to reach students and alumni from all of our respective institutions. This fair typically attracts over 100 employers so it is recommended that you register early to reserve your spot. Information and registration for the fair is available online.
School Sponsored Career Fairs

Recruitment at Consortium Schools
Each of our consortium schools host their own recruiting event and career events on campus. Please contact each of the Career Center's directly for the most effective recruiting strategies tailored to each of our institutions. Scheduling a meeting with Career Center staff will help you to customize a strategy to reach the talent you seek.

Employer Site Visits
Hosting a site visit provides your organization with a venue to meet career center staff from member schools and share information about your employment and internship opportunities. They also afford the opportunity for MCC to learn more about your organizational culture. Site visits are typically held in the summer months.
